Important Instructions

1. Kindly fill the enclosed ANTHE Registration Form and submit along with your self attested photocopy of class IX marksheet, 4 passport size photographs and cash / demand draft of 300 in favour of ‘Aakash Institute’. In case mark sheet is not available, students can enroll for ANTHE by submitting a self attested photocopy of their Identity Card issued by the school.
2. Online Registration Facility is also available on our website: www.aakash.ac.in
3. The student can download his/her Admit Card for appearing in ANTHE 2014 mentioning his/her Roll No. and Venue from our website: www.aakash.ac.in
4. Last date of receiving duly filled form by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest Aakash Centre before 6:00 pm or online submission before 6:00 pm – 12th November, 2014 (Wednesday).
5. ANTHE Registration Form can also be accepted after 12th Nov. 2014 with a late fee of 50 till 17th Nov. 2014 by post at Registered Office or by hand at nearest Aakash Centre before 6:00 pm. No forms will be accepted after 17th Nov. 2014.
6. The test will be a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based paper, which will be conducted on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet. A Sample OMR sheet is attached with the Sample Paper for your reference.
7. The result of successful candidates shall be displayed on our website: www.aakash.ac.in mentioning the name & rank of the students along with eligible scholarship. Separate merit list will be prepared & displayed for Medical & Engineering aspirants.
8. Cash Awards* shall be paid by cheque. It will be paid in the 3rd week of April, 2015 at respective centres of Aakash or at any other venue as decided by the management.
9. *To be eligible for cash awards, it is mandatory for top 1000 students (500 in Medical & 500 in Engineering) to join our DLP Course before 15th April, 2015 irrespective of whether they join our Classroom course or not. Once the DLP Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will have to fill separate enrollment form for DLP. No fee will be charged for DLP Course. It will be 100% Free.
10. The merit list for successful candidates will be prepared by listing them in the descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there may be ties and such ties will be broken by sequentially applying the following set of rules :
    For Medical aspirants
    (i) Student having lesser age
    (ii) Student having higher marks in Science
    (iii) Student having higher marks in Mathematics
    (iv) Student having higher marks in Mental Ability
    (v) Girl Student
    For Engineering aspirants
    (i) Student having lesser age
    (ii) Student having higher marks in Mathematics
    (iii) Student having higher marks in Science
    (iv) Student having higher marks in Mental Ability
    (v) Girl Student
11. Scholarship means Fee Concession; Fee Discount; Fee Waiver
    If at any point of time, the government decides to charge Service Tax on the scholarship/concession amount/fee waiver, then the service tax shall be borne by the student / parent / guardian.
12. Selected candidates will be provided classroom coaching as per the choice of their study centre (at existing Aakash centres only) but if a student wants to change the study centre, written permission for the same will have to be taken from the Managing Director.
13. Hostel Facility is available on a chargeable basis.
14. Maximum scholarship for which a student shall be eligible is 100%.
